Museum of Arts and Crafts, the House and Popular Civilization The Museo delle Arti e Mestieri della Casa e delle Civiltà Popolare of Assisi owns an ethnographic collection composed of instruments and tools of artisanal work, curious and singular items, furnishings and fittings typical of the peasant and farm houses of Umbria and a bulk of old toys of the time. The Museum hosts more than 2000 “objects” of common use and a vast collection of agricultural equipment and tools, from the 17th century to the advent of the modern new technologies.
